We're looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive who can convert high-intent inbound leads into bookings. All leads are generated through Instagram marketing and paid campaigns — your role is to engage, understand customer needs, and close sales. This is a target-driven role where your performance directly impacts your earnings.

  • Package: 2.4 - 3 LPA
  • Incentives: Upto 25,000 per month
  • Working Days: 6 Days Working

Summary of the Role:

As a Sales and Marketing Specialist at BOZ MEET CONNECT AND TRAVEL PVT LTD, you will play a vital role in converting leads generated from our Instagram marketing and Google Ads campaigns into paying customers. Your main responsibility will be to effectively communicate with potential customers, understand their needs, and showcase the benefits of joining our group trips. Through your exceptional sales and marketing skills, you will help create a seamless customer journey from lead acquisition to booking the trip.

Success in this role is defined by your ability to convert leads into paying customers, meet or exceed sales targets, and contribute to the overall growth of the company. Your expertise in engaging with potential customers, understanding their preferences, and effectively communicating the value of our group trips will result in increased customer acquisition and revenue. Furthermore, your contribution to optimizing our sales and marketing strategies will positively impact lead conversion rates and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Convert inbound leads from Instagram and Google Ads into paying customers.
  • Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and social media to answer their queries and provide information about our group trips.
  • Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable travel experiences
  • Communicate the unique value of BOZ group trips and community experience
  • Follow up consistently to drive conversions
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and campaigns
  • SStay updated on travel trends and competitor offerings
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of experience in sales / inside sales / telecalling
  • Strong communication skills (Specially English & Hindi)
  • Comfortable with high-volume calls and chat-based selling
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to address customer concerns and objections.
  • Ability to understand and adapt to customers needs, providing personalized travel solutions.
  • Passion for travel and the ability to convey the excitement and benefits of group travel experiences.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Must be comfortable with a target-based role and performance-driven incentives
